Spicy Goan Cornitos

List of Ingredients
  • 1 Pack of Cornitos Tomato Mexicana flavour Nachos
  • 50 g Sweet Corn
  • 1/2 cup Red Salsa
  • 1/2 cup Cheese Dip
  • 50g Sliced Olives
  • 1 chopped Onions
  • 50 g sprouted Green Moong
  • 1 diced Tomato and 1 cut into half
  • 50 g chopped Cabbage
  • 50 g chopped English Cabbage
  • 1 sliced Jalapeno Pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
Method

  • Arrange Cornitos Nachos Tomato Mexicana flavour on a platter
  • Top Nachos with different combination of chopped ingredients
  • On top of Nachos add cheese dip or red salsa according to taste
  • Decorate the plate by placing chopped Cabbage, sweet corn and 1 half tomatoes
  • Serve it after adding seasoning according to taste

Special Indian Nachos Canape


List  of Ingredients
  • 1 Pack of Cornitos Thai Sweet Chili flavour Nachos
  • 50 g sprouted Green Moong
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 50 g Sweet Corn
  • 50 g Cornitos Sliced Jalapeno
  • 50g finely chopped Cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Red Salsa
  • 1/2 cup Green Salsa
  • 1 vertically sliced Red and Yellow Bell pepper
  • Black Pepper according to taste
  • 2 spoons of Lime Juice
  • Salt according to taste
Method
  • Arrange Cornitos Thai Sweet Chili flavour Nachos on a platter
  • Top each Cornitos Nachos separately with different ingredient combinations as per choice
  • Some Nachos can be topped by adding chopped Cabbage, Onion along with little lime juice
  • Other half of Nachos can be topped by Sweet Corn, sprouted Green Moong along with little lime juice
  • Season it by adding slight salt and pepper according to taste
  • Add little Cornitos Green Herb Salsa or Chunky Red Salsa through spoon on top of ingredients.
  • Serve it by decorating the platter with vertically sliced red and yellow bell peppers and green capsicum on all four sides to add special attraction to the dish.

Healthy Nachos with veggies

List of Ingredients
  • 1 Pack of Cornitos Sea Salt flavour Nachos
  • 1/2 cup Cheese Dip
  • 1/2 cup Green Salsa
  • 1/2 cup Red Salsa
  • Pepper according to taste
  • 100 g Chopped Cabbage
  • 100 g Chopped Purple Cabbage
  • 4 sliced Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 20 g Sweet Corn
  • 1 Chopped Red,Yellow & Green Capsicum
  • 1 Sliced Jalapeno
  • 1 Bunch Chopped Coriander

Method
  • Arrange Cornitos Nachos Sea Salt flavour on a platter
  • Top Nachos with all chopped ingredients
  • On top of Nachos add cheese dip, green and red salsa
  • Serve it after adding seasoning according to taste

Sizzling Nachos with Green Salsa

List  of Ingredients
  • 1 Pack of Cornitos Tikka Masala flavour Nachos
  • 1 chopped Onions
  • 1 diced Tomato
  • 1 chopped Yellow Bell Peppers
  • 1 chopped Red Bell Peppers
  • 1 chopped Green Bell Peppers
  • 1 Cheese cube
  • 2 spoon Lime Juice
  • 1 bunch chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1 chopped Spring Onion
  • 1 sliced Jalapeno Peppers
  • 1 cup Green Herb Salsa
 Method
  • Chop Onions, Green Bell Peppers, Yellow Bell Peppers, Green Bell Peppers and Tomato.
  • Mix all these ingredients with half Lime Juice
  • Arrange Cornitos Tikka Masala Nacho Crisps on a platter
  • Top with all the  ingredients and add sliced Jalapeno Peppers
  • Garnish with Grated Cheese, Green Herb Salsa, Coriander Leaves & Spring Onion

Crispy Nacho Magic


List of Ingredients:

    1 Pack of Cornitos Sizzlin Jalapeno flavour Nachos
    1 stem Coriander leaves
    1 Onion Chopped
    1 Diced Tomatoes
    1 Capsicum Chopped
    2 spoon Sweet Corn
    1/4 cup Sliced Jalapeno peppers
    1/4 cup Green Herb salsa
    1/4 cup Cheese Dip
    1 Spring Onion
    1 Yellow, Red Chopped Bell Peppers
    1 spoon Lime Juice

Method:
    • Arrange Cornitos Sizzlin Jalapeno flavour Nachos on the plate.
    • In a bowl take two spoon of Lime Juice and mix all chopped ingredients
    • Add Cornitos Cheese and sweet corn on Nachos.
    • Top Nachos with the remaining ingredients - chopped onion, bell peppers, Diced Tomatoes, sliced Jalapeno pepper and Green Herb Salsa.
    • To garnish place on top in center chopped Coriander leaves, spring onion and lemon juice. Decorate plate with Cornitos Salsa dip.

    Nacho Smokey Olive Corn - Recipe



    List of Ingredients:

    1. 1 Pack Cornitos Barbeque flavour Nachos
    2. 1/4 cup Cornitos Red Salsa dip
    3. 1/4 cup Cornitos Cheese dip
    4. 1 Chopped /Stalk of Coriander
    5. 1 Thick Sliced yellow and green Capsicum
    6. 2 spoon sliced Black Olives
    7. 2 spoon Fresh Sweet Corn
    8. 1 stem Lemon Grass
    9. 1 cube Grated Cheese
    10. 1 Fresh Jalapeno whole
    11. Salt to taste
    Method:


    1. First decorate your plate by arranging the Cornitos Barbeque flavour nachos.
    2. Apply some Salsa dip on them.
    3. Put some Corns and chopped Coriander on them.
    4. Apply some Cheese dip on it.
    5. Garnish it with grated cheese, olives, sliced capsicum, coriander stalk, jalapeno and lemon grass.
    6. Finally add some salt according to your taste and serve.

    Nacho Tangy Tomato - Recipe



    List of Ingredients:

    1. 1 Pack Cornitos Lime and Mint flavour Nachos
    2. 1 Pack Cornitos Tomato Mexicana flavour Nachos
    3. 1/4 cup Cornitos Red Salsa dip
    4. 1/4 cup Cornitos Cheese dip
    5. 1 Chopped Onions
    6. 1 Chopped Green Capsicum
    7. 2 Chopped Tomatoes
    8. 2 spoons Fresh Sweet Corn
    9. 2 spoons Green Olives
    10. 1 cube grated Cheese
    11. 1 stem Chopped Coriander
    12. Salt to taste
    Method:
    1. Arrange both the Cornitos Nachos flavours alternatively on a plate.
    2. Apply Cornitos Red Salsa dip on them.
    3. Add Chopped Onions, Capsicum, Tomatoes, Corns on it.
    4. Apply some Cheese dip on the toppings.
    5. Thereafter garnish it with Chopped Coriander, olives, corns, tomatoes and grated cheese.
    6. Finally sprinkle some salt on it according to your taste and serve.
