Special Indian Nachos Canape


List  of Ingredients
  • 1 Pack of Cornitos Thai Sweet Chili flavour Nachos
  • 50 g sprouted Green Moong
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 50 g Sweet Corn
  • 50 g Cornitos Sliced Jalapeno
  • 50g finely chopped Cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Red Salsa
  • 1/2 cup Green Salsa
  • 1 vertically sliced Red and Yellow Bell pepper
  • Black Pepper according to taste
  • 2 spoons of Lime Juice
  • Salt according to taste
Method
  • Arrange Cornitos Thai Sweet Chili flavour Nachos on a platter
  • Top each Cornitos Nachos separately with different ingredient combinations as per choice
  • Some Nachos can be topped by adding chopped Cabbage, Onion along with little lime juice
  • Other half of Nachos can be topped by Sweet Corn, sprouted Green Moong along with little lime juice
  • Season it by adding slight salt and pepper according to taste
  • Add little Cornitos Green Herb Salsa or Chunky Red Salsa through spoon on top of ingredients.
  • Serve it by decorating the platter with vertically sliced red and yellow bell peppers and green capsicum on all four sides to add special attraction to the dish.
